Brian, the Precision employee, installed a whole new garage door opener system that works great. He was very curious and professional. He then came back to explain how the extra security button worked at no atonal charge. The person who answered the phone was also very helpful and friendly.

Tech that came out was professional and friendly. However, I was told on the phone that a spring replacement would be around $180 and when the tech arrived he told me it would be $475. At that point is was a little late to get another quote so I felt I had no choice but to pay the much higher amount. A couple extra questions when making the appointment could have provided an accurate quote over the phone and I would not have felt misled.

I apologize you felt our service did not meet your expectations. We record all of our calls for training and quality control and I went back to check your call and the representative who set your appointment did mention the springs range between $118-$225 per spring. If you have two springs we do not replace just one as that could cause further damage to your door and potentially injure our technician if your other spring broke while tension is being added to the new spring setup. I will also follow up with a phone call as customer service and a good experience is our number one priority.

Called in morning at 9:00 am to get the garage door fixed. It had a broken spring. Repairman came out at 1:00 pm and replaced the broken spring. Very timely. I appreciate the quick response.

First class in every way. From the receptionist that took my call being able to arrange a service rep the same day to the service rep himself. Brian was great. Major repair but completed same day.
