i didn't even know precision existed until this morning at 6. i tried to open my garage door and the chain snapped with a very loud bang and collapsed on the roof of my car. tried the manual pull cord and that broke off in my hand. called the manufacturer of the system 3 times, no answer. called the contractor who had built the garage and he suggested precision. by 7:30am i had a service appt. set up for 10-2, but received a call at 8:15 from the technician letting me know he'd be there in 30 mins. he patiently and thoroughly assessed the situation, presented me with 3 options, already wowed by the response i chose the best and it was done in an hour. before he left, he explained how everything worked and the proper way to maintain it - nothing i had ever received from the original company. i give the highest marks to precision and brian fixter, the technician.

We recently had our garage door serviced and have used Precision in the past and were pleased. Chris was my service tech and he was prompt, courteous and professional. We replaced the bottom seal, and the cables. He explained everything and we will used them again.

We had multiple issues with our garage door, Justin arrived on time, was very personable and knowledgeable, and offered us two options, repair or replacement both reasonably priced. We opted to have the door repaired, Justin had all the parts needed on his truck, completed the job in the time frame he had estimated, and the door works very quietly and seals completely when shut. We are extremely pleased with the service from the initial phone call to the completion of the job. We would definitely recommend Precision to our friends and neighbors.

My garage door got damaged from a car last night. I contacted Precision Garage doors last night for scheduling a service call. It was easy to do so. This morning, Brian, one of their technicians, showed up on time. He was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Within a few minutes, he was able to restore functionality to the garage door; some replacement struts have been ordered which will be installed by early next week. was quoted a price range over the phone to replace two springs for a max of 380, but when chris came he said for standard springs it would be over 700. after this review i'm going on to BBB and file a complaint against your company for the 79 i had to pay to get a estimate. banko is coming out to replace both springs plus other stuff for 335.00. you to me very dishonest.

Called and came earlier than scheduled. That was the good part. However he would not service the door even though they had in the past. He said it was a commercial door and they no longer were in that business. What a waste of my time. They had all my info from before why wait 5-6 days to NOT SERVICE ME. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Amazing. They came, conquered, and left. Easy. Nothing complicated about it. No "we'll get back to you." Simple transaction and great answers to our questions. I always say, "Why does everything have to be so hard?" but not in this case. Highly recommend. These guys/gals know what they're doing. Hope they don't have a help shortage - that would be a shame. Learn a trade is my motto!
