Precision Garage Door came today to fix my garage door which sounded like it was going to fall apart any minute. I had taken a chance by calling them last minute and they were able to fit me into the day's schedule. Fischer came and diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me 3 quotes to choose from. His work was impressive and he was done in the timeframe he gave me. Excellent company with excellent service.

The tech arrived early which was appreciated and quickly identified the problem and recommended some preventive maintenance to hopefully preserve the motor's life & enhance overall operation. We also opted to have a keypad installed which was probably a little pricey but it saved me some time & effort.

Asked to have the belt replaced on my garage door opener; however, the tech replaced the belt and spring. Seemed like an honest misunderstanding, but it cost me an extra $700. Left a mess on my garage floor. Opener seems to be working fine.

Great experience with Fischer who came to replace a broken spring, but ended up replacing everything but our garage door. I had a tight window (time frame) to get work done and he arrived on-time and was able to get everything replaced within that window. Everything looks great.

Exceptional experience from start to finish. Explained at set up with telephone receptionist what was needed and then it was all lined up immediately. Technician Nick was fantastic when discussing what needed to be done and offering packages to choose from. I will be recommending this company!

Yes everything went well, however I would suggest you have your service technician introduce themselves to the Customer . And I might add after job. It would be nice if the technician cleaned up and swept the area. We had black rubber all over the opening part of the garage door on the floor so these are just suggestions. Otherwise, we’re very happy, of course with the job, but again, I was in customer service all my life and I think the protocol should be addressed with your service technicians. Thank you.

Motor burned out. Garage door remotes no longer worked. Difficult to open manually when lost power during hurricane. Noisey. Doug was very professional and efficient. Solved all of our issues. We love the new setup but the price was significantly more than we expected.

We always used a competitor of yours. They never pick up the phone. and if and when they do stop out, they never want to be here and they have never solved our problem. Fischer came out yesterday and installed a new system , programed the linked system in my new car and took only an hour and a half to finish the job. We will never use anyone else but Precision .
