My keypad was old and corroded. I saw a tech helping a neighbor and asked him to check on it for me. He came as soon as he could but had already checked and saw it had two more months of warranty. He fixed it in a few minutes with no charge. He was professional, very pleasant and now it will be good for another seven years or so. While he was here, he checked to make sure my code was established and tightened something loose. What a pleasure!

Technician call 1/2 hour before arriving to introduce himself and confirm arrival. He was right on time, found the issue quickly and had the repair done in 35 minutes. We used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to install a new garage door opener on our condo. They had excellent customer service. Our condo association requires a lot of documentation from any service providers and Precision was willing to work with us to provide that information in a timely manner.
