Service was great, but the total charge was extremely expensive, since the keypad that was installed is sold on amazon for $39.00, and I was already charged $29.00 for the service call alone.

Today your installer Javier installed two new garage door on our two garage townhome. Your firm was recommended by our contractor Tom Haggard of Gateway Corporation. Javier did a very professional job and kept working until the job was completed which took longer than originally planned. I particularly appreciated his recommendation of additional trim to complete the job. His instructions on operating both the remotes and key pads were very helpful. Thank you for a job well done.

First, with Alex answering a phone at 8:00 a.m. on a Sunday impressed me right away. Second, the appointment was scheduled for the very next day. Excellent! Mark showed “early” at 12 noon and immefiately saw what the problem was, a broken spring. He quickly and thoroughly explained what happened gave me the options to consider and within an hour ....he replaced the spring and all rollers, tightened the chain and then...it was fixed!! Excellent service, professionally handled. I told Mark I would be sure to spread the word and let others know about Precision Door!! Thank you

My garage door didn't open this morning....it appeared to be a broken spring. I called Precision Garage Door, and hey we're here within 2 hours. JAson was the technician, and he did a fantastic job. He was quick at his job, and it was repaired within the hour. I will definitely use Preciison again.

Jeremy arrived 8 am, nice and early, to install our door. He was fast and efficient and was done in about 4.5 hours. His clean up was good. We really like the new door and have recommended Precision to our neighbors. We had trouble programming the new motor to our car opener buttons so Leigh came to help and had it fixed in a few minutes. Great service!

All he really did was grease everything. What bothers me is the fact that the bolts in the j arm have fallen out 4 to 5 times since the door was installed. I just seem to think that something is causing it. We will see. Thank you

We had 3 garage door companies bid on new garage doors, and by far Precision (Leigh) was the most professional, he understood and explained the products, and offered a fair price. We had several followup calls from (Joanna) scheduling an installation date. The day of installation we had a service window between (8-10am) (Javier) was at our door at 8am, was extremely professional, pleasant, helpful, and did a wonderful job.
