Tech was on time and was able to get the door running in a few minutes. As our door and operating parts are more than 20 years old he carefully explained what needed to be done to make the door operate properly and provided a quote. We set an appointment for the work to be done on my schedule.

I had seen your ads on television. Precision was able to respond in a brief timeframe. On the date Chris S. called saying he would be there in about 15 minutes. He showed up at that time. He was extremely courteous, reviewed what was wrong, told me what had to be accomplished and the cost. He started working and finished the job fifteen minutes sooner. I'm extremely satisfied.

I chose Precision because of the high rating and positive comments that were left. The technician came here within one business day after I called. He arrived at the scheduled time. He did a thorough investigation of my garage door's needed repairs and explained what needed to be done. He provided me with two options and the benefits of each. There was no pressure. He advised me of work that would need to be done in the future, but left it to me to decide when to get it done. The parts needed to complete the job were in his van so it was fixed on the day he came out. The door works well and I am pleased with the repair. When the time comes for further work on the door, you can be sure I will hire Precision again.

Called Precision to inquire about replacing garage door opener. Customer service representative was very helpful and informative. Derrick, your technician, called before he arrived and was on time. He evaluated our system and presented his recommendations along with pricing and options for maintenance items. Installed new belt-drive opener, new rollers, and adjusted spring tension. He did demonstration on new system and programmed keypad on new outside control and our car. All very professional. A well-run company.

Great company. They came out next day and earlier than expected. After initially thinking it was a part, Fisher rebooted the motor and removed an LED bulb and got everything working again. Saved me hundreds of dollars just because he took an extra minute to try something that resolved the problem. Kudos!!

On Wednesday morning bright and early, I was on my way to play golf. I hit the opener and nothing happened, I hit it again and the door opened 6 inches and went back down. I looked up and noticed the header spring was split in two pieces. When I got home from playing golf, I called Precision and was scheduled to have a technician come to the house next afternoon. The technician came to the house on time, was sincere and got the spring changed out in less than 1/2 hour. Great service just like their commercials on TV. The best, thank you.
