Technician Nash arrived and solved the problem I have had with my prior opener since it was installed eight years ago. Also, the company that installed the prior opener made three service calls at $99. Each To correct the problem and it was never solved. I have already referred two of my neighbours to precision and both are satisfied. It’s nice when you get a service person that actually knows what they are doing.

I realize I was lucky to get someone to come out within an hour from when I called. But that was pretty amazing. My garage door was checked out and lubricated, I had a replacement garage door opener, and my car was programmed to open the door for me. Quick, polite and reasonable. Our tech Fisher called prior to arrival. Arrived on time, was courteous friendly and professional. Unfortunately our garage door opener motor is shot and has various other problems it was recommended we need to purchase and have installed a new garage door opener however we cannot afford a new opener but if we could we would definitely use precision
