Definitely a breath of fresh air dealing with Precision Garage Goor of Southwest Florida. I opened my garages door yesterday to the lovely sound of a tension spring breaking. Called, emailed, called, and called a competitor. Finally got someone to answer the phone. They said that they wouldn't fix my broken spring today or tomorrow. I hung up and called Precision. My door was repaired in about two hours (the tech squeezed me in early) and I could get my golf cart out of the garage to play! On his recommendation, I had them replace the springs and bearings on the shaft as well as the bottom seal. Job well done. We couldn't be happier. Went from trauma to glee in about two hours!
