I realize I was lucky to get someone to come out within an hour from when I called. But that was pretty amazing. My garage door was checked out and lubricated, I had a replacement garage door opener, and my car was programmed to open the door for me. Quick, polite and reasonable. Our tech Fisher called prior to arrival. Arrived on time, was courteous friendly and professional. Unfortunately our garage door opener motor is shot and has various other problems it was recommended we need to purchase and have installed a new garage door opener however we cannot afford a new opener but if we could we would definitely use precision

Received a call from Mark Basilotto saying that he had a cancellation and wondered if we were available for the repair, which of course we were. Mark explained that the motor was not repairable so we opted for the PDS 800 7' Belt Drive.
