Company if very easy to deal with! Problem with garage door occurred earlier this morning, and, within 4 hours it was fixed. Justin was very clear in his explanation of what happened and what was needed to remedy the problem. The cost was fair. This is the second time we have dealt with Precision Door -- I strongly recommend them!!!

My tech Chris arrived early and was super friendly and fast. We just had our annual "check-up" service to make sure everything was running well and properly tuned. He fixed an issue I had with both Liftmaster door openers, which appears to be more of a manufacturer's defect. Overall still happy with my openers and very pleased with the service I've gotten from everyone here. Make sure Chris wins that raffle for the Bucs tickets! :)

GREAT JOB! The connection between both the remote openers and the outside keypad had been lost. In spite of the fact that I coded them myself, I could not remedy the problem. Also, the door made loud screeching noises. Alex remedied all issues and enlighened us on the availablity of a smartphone app. Alex was knowledgeable and pleasant and is an asset to Precision Doors! Thanks so much for your immediate attention to replace a broken garage door spring. Your technician called with a half hour notice and was at my front door exactly when promised. We had a sudden issue with our garage door – an alarming noise and it struggled to open and close. Precision Garage Door of Southwest Florida was able to schedule service the same day we called, which was just great. The technician we had, Rick Parker, was exceptional. He diagnosed the issue and offered a possible temporary solution as well as a better, long-term solution. He explained everything clearly and was in no way “hard sell” for either option. We chose the long-term solution, and he was able to install what we needed because his truck was fully stocked. Rick instructed us on how to use the new equipment and gave us recommendations for ongoing upkeep and maintenance. He was friendly and professional, and we would request Rick in the future if we needed Precision Door again. Our garage door is now operating more smoothly than it was when our house was newly built. We would not hesitate to recommend Precision Garage Door of Southwest Florida to anyone needing garage door service.

After 5 years of being in my home I finally decided to get the bottom seal put on. I don’t know why I waited so long. I think I didn’t really understand the problem. Or I procrastinated or didn’t know a company to call. Dirt and bugs and lizards came in and made themselves at home in my garage all that time. I was constantly sweeping and vacuuming and dusting everything. One day I saw a Precision truck on the way to work and called them right then from my car. We scheduled for 2 days later (on a Sunday even!) and I’m just so happy now! Even the road noise from out front is filtered out since it was done. The technician also lubed up the tracks and checked everything out. It was an appointment I should have made years ago. So, (and I’m not getting paid for this in any way…) Don’t ignore your garage door! I will use them anytime I need work done on it. Well worth the time and money.
