My garage door was groaning terribly; called Precision Door Service and got an appt for the very same day. Sisher, the technician was polite and knowledgeable. He took care of lubricating the springs and rollers. Within an hour my door sounded so much better/quieter. I will definitely call Precision for service again next year, and already put a reminder on my calendar.

Garage Door Opener failed Saturday. I called on Saturday and Ashley set an appointment. Precision was here on Tuesday. Excellent response. Matt is a great asset to your company. He arrived on time, assessed the situation and offered three options. He inspected all moving parts of the door and reported that everything passed but the motor. He installed the new motor and track and programmed the remotes. Matt is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. When he finished there was no clean up required. He kept the work area clean and free of any discarded equipment. Everything went into the shipping box as he worked. As a licensed Realtor I would recommend Precision to any of my customers. Thank you for your excellent service.

They were on time and very knowledgeable. Explained everything to us. Didn’t pressure us to buy anything and really told us we didn’t need to purchase anything. The screw drive opener is just noisy and only way to rectify it was to replace it with a belt drive opener. But it was working fine and didn’t need to be replaced. Saved me close to $1000.

A spring broke on our garage door last night, essentially locking my car in the garage. We called Precision last evening. The customer service rep did a good job taking the information, put us on the schedule for today, and gave us a time to expect the technician. The technician was on time, accurately described the problem and provided several solutions with complete explanations. The work was completed in record time, and all is well with our opener and door. I was impressed with Precision from the initial call to the completed job. I felt the cost for the quality of the work and materials was fair, and I was impressed with how quickly they responded. I would recommend Precision to anyone with garage door problems.

On Thursday, September 28th, 2023 a representative from Precision Garage Door responded to my home re. a problem with my (old) garage door. The representative, (LUKE), Called me twenty minutes prior to arrival. Luke arrived promptly; and immediately determined the problem with my door. Luke offered four separate repair scenarios re. repair and replacement of numerous moving parts. I found Luke to be Knowledgeable, Skilled, Polite, Professional, Patient, Courteous, Respectful, Intelligent, Articulate, Clean Cut, and indeed quite Skilled. Luke repaired and replaced numerous "moving parts" that had become worn over many years of daily use. Luke replaced the coil spring, rollers, bearings, lift motor, the drive system, etc. My garage door now works very smooth, and very quietly;; thanks to the knowledge, skills, and ability of Luke; my Precision Door representative. Form the time I called to schedule and appointment until resolution of my problem, Precision Overhead Garage Service exceeded my expectations. The lady that scheduled the service call took the time to review their service charges and since I am a renter, that made a huge difference to me because I was paying out of pocket. Matt was my technician and he was polite and very knowledgeable. Matt explained the problem, solved the problem, and demonstrated that the problem was solved. Matt did an excellent job and I would confidently recommend Precision to neighbors and friends!

From the moment I called Precision Door on Monday, 9/25 to schedule an appt. I knew that I had made the right choice. Sheree was very thorough with my call and extremely courteous. Precision Door had availability that day, but I chose to have the appt for Wed., 9/27. This appt was for my 93 yr father. Appt. time was scheduled for/between 2:00-6:00. At 1:30, I received a call from Brian, the Service Tech saying he will be at my dad's by 2:00. Novell idea to be on time....Amazing!!! Brian should be cloned for his professionalism, attention to detail and amazing customer service. He explained to us the options, we decided and within 1.5 hours, the job was complete. Brian had a challenge since my dad's garage door opener, remotes, outside key pad and sensors were 20 years old!! I am in the customer service industry and find that it is SO important to give recognition where and when due. Thank you again for everyone who had a part in this. I will refer, refer and refer. NICK ALFARO was outstanding!! He was honest, caring, fast and precise. I had a lot of skepticism about the whole process because I am not someone who easily trusts others with my personal belongings. I have been blessed to own a $700,000 home and I had an very expensive car parked in the garage that I could not get out because the garage door would not open. But immediately upon arrival, I saw Nick take great care to watch out for things in and around my home/doors, floors, walls, etc., and he was extremely careful not to hit my car while moving equipment and around my vehicle in order to get the door back in working condition by replacing the broken garage door springs. I could just tell from the character of the young man, from the way he conducted himself, that he was someone who could be TRUSTED. Unlike any time before in these situations, I left Nick completely alone to do the job and he was OUTSTANDING and amazing quick. After the job was done, there was not a scratch or ding on my home/vehicle or any other personal belongings. I could also tell that he was being fair and upfront about pricing - nothing hidden. I WILL RECOMMEND PRECISION IN THE FUTURE JUST BECAUSE OF NICK.

The garage door opener broke( the spring mechanism), and our car was in the garage, and we could not open the garage door manually. Called the company that installed the garage door opener, and was told that they couldn’t come for 7 to 10 days. Then called Precision Garage Door, and got an appointment at 8:00 for the next morning. They were prompt, and courteous , and the repairman, Doug Mason, was very competent, and fixed the problem within an hour. Could not recommend a company more!

Mark was very accomodating on the servicing of my garage door. The circuit board was bad; he changed it out. I needed the chain tightened,; he did that. Also needed new rollers. Once here, Mark worked efficiently to get the needs on my garage door met.

We have a D & D Garage Door Automatic setup. The spring broke on Tuesday September 19th. D & D could not schedule before Wednesday September 27th. I live in Punta Gorda, and Wanted a LiftMaster Wi-Fi battery backup w/Camera installed. I called another company and they never got back to me, so I called Precision Door Services, Sarasota, to see if they cover the Punta Gorda area. They not only said yes, they gave me an appointment for the install the very same call. Technician Mike Monson arrived at the scheduled day & time and made the install. He answered all the question I had and even helped me install the app. for the door on my phone. From the office to the install, the people were very courteous and did not waste my time. If I need Garage Door repair, I will call Precision!
