Had Doug Mason come to our house and he fixed out springs, rollers, and door seal. Was more than pleased with his service, care, and explanation of what was happening. He worked with me and my wife to explain what was going wrong and how he was going to fix it. Very thankful!!!

We had used Precision previously for a new garage door and were very satisfied with their work. We contacted the office on a Sunday afternoon and were able to get an appointment the next day. Brian Fixter was very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. He gave us options, answered questions and installed the new garage opener. Brian is a great communicator who takes pride in his work. He did a fantastic job and the new opener is super quiet. Brian is an excellent technician and an asset to your staff!

I was very happy that a technician was able to come to my house the afternoon of the morning I called for service. Sergio called to asked if he could come a bit earlier since he had a cancelation. I said yes. He arrived promptly, introduced himself, was friendly yet professional. He told me he'd do an expection and let me know his thoughts, which he did, explaining things to me so I could understand. We came to the conclusion that I needed a new motor. He again, explained the difference in them and gave me prices for the motor, new rollers, bottom seal, etc. and what was included. I elected to get the motor with a battery back up. He worked for a few hours in the heat with a smile. He gave me instructions on the new key pad and pad inside the garage, he even programed the new motor in my car. I'd like to extend a big thank you to Sergio for all he did. I'm very happy with the low noise level and how smoothly the door now goes up and down.

We had Nick come and service our garage and he gave outstanding service. He was very professional and helpful and did not try to over charge us. I had other garage door companies come out and give me bids and they tried to upcharge and over exaggerate the problem. Decided to get another bid from Precision and Nick came out and fixed the problem in under a minute. He was very polite and professional. We cannot thank Nick from Precision Doors enough. I will use them every time from here on out. I suggest calling Precision for any issues you have.

Garage Door Opener failed Saturday. I called on Saturday and Ashley set an appointment. Precision was here on Tuesday. Excellent response. Matt is a great asset to your company. He arrived on time, assessed the situation and offered three options. He inspected all moving parts of the door and reported that everything passed but the motor. He installed the new motor and track and programmed the remotes. Matt is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. When he finished there was no clean up required. He kept the work area clean and free of any discarded equipment. Everything went into the shipping box as he worked. As a licensed Realtor I would recommend Precision to any of my customers. They were on time and very knowledgeable. Explained everything to us. Didn’t pressure us to buy anything and really told us we didn’t need to purchase anything. The screw drive opener is just noisy and only way to rectify it was to replace it with a belt drive opener. But it was working fine and didn’t need to be replaced. Saved me close to $1000.
