The service tech showed up within the time frame, he analyzed the issue and explained what was wrong, how much time to repair, and within 30 minutes the door was repaired and everything worked great. Alex Reich was the technician who came out to service us. Very attentive and helpful! He explained everything in terms easy to understand. We had to purchase new springs and rollers. Alex did and excellent job in no time and also showed me how to lubricate the parts of the garage door that need lubrication 2 or 3 times a year. I definitely recommend this company... ask for Alex Reich!

Alex was a good tech. he informed me of potential problems with my system after fixing thw spring issues. The company prices to remediate the remainder of the systems was too high. I ordered a 3/4 HP Genei system for 182.00 and a installer for 124.00 on Amazon, that was a lot cheaper than 2600.00. He didn't have Heavy duty springs for my larger than normal door so he installed standard springs. I hope my new system will handle it.

re repair of broken spring on my garage door. Same day service, which was important since I could not get my car out of the garage until it was fixed. Alex, the technician arrived on time after calling ahead. He diagnosed the problem immediately, explained everything to me and went to work. Twenty minutes later he had completed the job. I was very pleased with the fact that the technician that was sent to my home was very polite and friendly....he fixed the minor problem very quickly and also installed an insulation strip at the bottom of the garage door....being able to close my garage door came at just the right time, as an armadillo was headed for my open garage door this morning!
