I called Precision late in the day who sent someone the same evening. They were able to assess the situation and give me 3 options. We chose to install a new garage door opener. I just moved in and my garage door broke ! Chris called me 30 mins. before he arrived, told me when he would be at my home. He showed up, he was very personable and courteous! He looked over my garage door and , right up front, told me the price. He then asked if I needed anything else done or looked at! He told me it would take 30 mins., asked if he could play some music. He then, without hesitation, helped with the code on the other garage door! Precision will be my go to company from here on ! Chris was awesome !

Called for a repair on my broken garage door spring. Not only was I surprised an appointment was available the same day, but within a 1/2 hour Derrick was here. Derrick was extremely courageous and professional. Inspection, quote and install took about an hour! Thank you so much for the prompt service.

The service was fine, two springs were replaced. One was broken, however, the technician recommended I replace both due to the fact the other could break at anytime. I called my brother, who knows about these things, he suggested I get both springs replaced and said the price was resonable. The technician was polite and professional. If I need repairs in the future, I will certainly call Presision.
