Travis, the technician that serviced our garage door was excellent. He called prior to arriving, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He immediately recognized the problem and fixed it. He made a minor adjustments that also improved the movement of the door. He also made suggestions for the future changes since the doors are 14 years old and there was absolutely no pressure to do anything at this time. This is the only company that I will call to work on my garage doors. Thank you Travis for a great job and your professionalism.

I was having issues with my old door opener. I had used Banko Door once before, and was not pleased with their service. I called Precision, and they sent Chris. He was on time, very professional, efficient, and polite. He suggested I have a new opener installed, and provided me a couple choices. I decided I wanted a Linear door opener, and he went right to work. I also needed new springs, and he had both the springs and the new door opener in stock right in his van. After he finished, he walked me through the operation of the new opener, and then cleaned my garage floor. The new Linear opener works smoothly and is very quiet. I am pleased with the job. Chris is a superb technician, and I highly recommend Precision Door and I want to thank Chris for a very professional installation.
