Have used Precision several times over the past few years. They have consistenly been professional, competent, and friendly. Every employee I have met (or spoken to on the phone) has exceeded expectations. Furthermore, they honor their guarantee. I had a garage door opener that did not work after 10 months. A cheerful, friendly young woman answered the phone and said Bret would be there on Monday. He was and problem solved without cost. Thank you.

My opener was not working correctly. Of course when the technician came out it worked fine. Derrick, who was the technician, was awesome. He made a note and said if it happened again he would replace the electric eyes. He also showed me how to override the system, if necessary, until a repair could be made. I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge of the product, and friendliness.

The garage door opener in our home had a sticker on it as installed by one of your competitors. Since they were a sub contractor for the builder I checked them out online, and they did not come out too well in satisfactory ratings. I then checked out with my neighbors as to recommendations through NextDoor. Well, you were highly recommended. Well, up north we had a Chamberlain Garage Door Opener, and here in Florida we have a Liftmaster. Both are made by the same people, and when we were hearing a beeping it sounded like it needed a new back up battery. The manual with the opener showed a backup battery, but there was no door to open and slip it in. (Yes, I bought the replacement Battery) In any event we called Precision Garage Door and made an appointment for the next day. Your Technician Chris Stephens arrived right on time and we talked about the opener. Well, this particular model does not have a back up battery. (silly me) In any event the garage door had not been inspected in about six years so we had Chris do an inspection and maintenance on our door. It is now quieter and working well. We did find out the source of the beeping which was coming from our cable providers box. Not sure why because if the power goes out none of that stuff is going to work anyway. Noticed broken spring on door. Tech arrived early for appointment (called first for my ok) Reviewed door operation and noted one broken spring,suggested both be replaced. Quoted pricing and also showed me rollers were badly worn,replaced as well. Door now operating quietly and more smoothly. Very efficient in his work and speed. Reviewed the door operating with me again. Great tech,great service and fair prices. Will recommend Precision to my 20 plus neighbors.

Identified the broken spring, and made recommendations to replace cable system and rollers due to age and wear factor. In June 2020 I had Precision repair my garage door. In April 2021 my garage door was making a bag noise and a repair tech came out and fixed the problem for no charge. Thank you:) All the techs were very professional and well mannered. I would recommend.
