We had a sudden issue with our garage door – an alarming noise and it struggled to open and close. Precision Garage Door of Southwest Florida was able to schedule service the same day we called, which was just great. The technician we had, Rick Parker, was exceptional. He diagnosed the issue and offered a possible temporary solution as well as a better, long-term solution. He explained everything clearly and was in no way “hard sell” for either option. We chose the long-term solution, and he was able to install what we needed because his truck was fully stocked. Rick instructed us on how to use the new equipment and gave us recommendations for ongoing upkeep and maintenance. He was friendly and professional, and we would request Rick in the future if we needed Precision Door again. Our garage door is now operating more smoothly than it was when our house was newly built. We would not hesitate to recommend Precision Garage Door of Southwest Florida to anyone needing garage door service.

After 5 years of being in my home I finally decided to get the bottom seal put on. I don’t know why I waited so long. I think I didn’t really understand the problem. Or I procrastinated or didn’t know a company to call. Dirt and bugs and lizards came in and made themselves at home in my garage all that time. I was constantly sweeping and vacuuming and dusting everything. One day I saw a Precision truck on the way to work and called them right then from my car. We scheduled for 2 days later (on a Sunday even!) and I’m just so happy now! Even the road noise from out front is filtered out since it was done. The technician also lubed up the tracks and checked everything out. It was an appointment I should have made years ago. So, (and I’m not getting paid for this in any way…) Don’t ignore your garage door! I will use them anytime I need work done on it. Well worth the time and money.

Believe it or not but I saved an old telephone books with ads in it. I looked up garage doors and got your phone number. I really needed help. We purchased the garage door in 2014 from D&D garage doors. I had them do service on it in 2020. I really don't use the door as other people use them. I like to go in and out my front door. I was desparate to get help and told D&D my problem. Couldn't keep the door down. Being alone in my house was a problem. I got in bed and the door kept going up and down. In the middle of the night I checked the door and it had been going up and down. I was in the house alone. D&D was supposed to come by on 9/7/22 between 1 & 3. l By 4 I had not heard from them so I called and they made another appointment for Friday at 3. I couldn't trust them so I called your company and was extemely happy. You will have my business in the future. Wish I had found you sooner.

I had an excellent experience working with Precision on a new door install at my Anna Maria beach house and subsequently had Justin out to service my two doors in LWR CC. We had a bracket come loose and Justin easily convinced me it was time to replace the 20+ year old springs and wheels which he did in about 2 hrs on this service call. Both doors sound and operate like new again!
