I would just like to comment on the service I recieved from Rick at Precision Door. After inspecting our garage door, Rick provided us with many options to make repairs and refurbishment of our garage door. He explained each option in detail and provide both the pros and cons of doing each. There was NEVER and hard sell pressure. Just honest assesment and options. After deciding which option to take, we asked Rick when we could schedule the repairs. He said he could do them right away, or whenever it was convenient for us. Due to the fact that is was already 4:30 pm, we told Rick that, although we would like to get them done now, that we understood that do to the lateness of the day, that we would be more than glad to schedule another date to make the 3 hours of repairs. Rick insisted that it would be no problem for him to stay until the job was done. We agreed to let him do it. After almost 3 hours, the job was completed. Rick had installed new rollers, springs, and opener. Even after working until after 7pm, Rick was still very professional and took the time to explain the operations of the new door. The door works great. It is now a much smoother operation and much quieter. No more binding and squeeks. I would highly recommend Precision Garage door to anyone needing any type of garage door repair or replacement.

I have used Precision in the past and so they are my "go to" guys for garage door repair. I scheduled an appointment for a service tech to come and look at our Garage door where the lower panel was dented due to the flooding waters of Hurricane Ian. I specifically told the woman who scheduled the appointment that I was unable to meet the Tech there and that the 16'x7' door is inoperable due to the flood damage. I told her that the 36" swing door at the rear of the Garage is open and the Tech can let himself inside to assess the damage and try to get the large entrance door to open. The Tech was not told to use the rear door and never went inside to see if the he can get the door to open. I was charged the service call fee and I had to re-schedule the appointment for the end of the month. I have Tenants living there who are eager to use the Garage. Needless to say, I am not very happy. I just hope I do not get charged twice for the visitation fee due to poor communication on their part.

Our General manager was able to communicate with Mr. Bonifacio who did not realize that the invoice we sent him was for $0.00 and was just a documentation invoice stating that we were out there and listed a time frame. We have rescheduled this customer and he did apologize for not seeing the $0.00. We are happy this was just a miscommunication and can't wait to get out to this customers house to offer him a free door estimate next week!

Tech Tom was prompt and very friendly. Was here for 1/2 hr. Biggest rip-off ever. They charge $79 just to show up then charged me for 2 hrs. of labor ($170.00) and $500.00 for 4 safety sensors which cost less than $80 total. Price gouging at its finest!

Precision Door Service is a terrific company! The installation of our garage door 3 years ago was done with a great product and the technician was excellent. There cost was very competitive. We recently needed a storm related repair and they came out the same day made necessary repairs and the fee was reasonable.

repair person tried to charge me $200 for a part that the company that manufacturers the part charges $25.42 for. Amazon also charges the lower amount. He also wanted to charge $200-$300 to replace it. Youtube shows the exact replacement for my door and it took 5 minutes. Very dissatisfied with what took place.

Good afternoon and thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I show that our technician was out there today and did not charge you anything. We have a $79.95 service charge to go out to any property and that front pulley you are referring to we charge $125 to swap out and replace, including the labor, unless the door was hung or the rail was off the wall. You can always buy things for yourself and install them cheaper. We have certified trained technicians that can quickly identify and repair most all issues and can successfully break down rails and properly install them back together while properly adjusting the limits after the install to ensure the garage door works like new. Unfortunately it looks like we are currently our of stock with that item on the south trucks so he provided you with the estimate and then, as previously stated, did not charge you anything. If you have any further issues please do not hesitate to contact our main office and speak with our General Manager at 941-351-2408.
