Josh was great. He told us he would evaluate our garage door problems and talk to us about his evaluation in about 30 minutes He did exactly that! Then he gave us 4 options; do nothing, fix one door, fix both doors or fix both doors with the best springs available. We decided to bite the bullet and fix both doors with the longer lasting new springs with the 10-year guarantee. He was very personable, but also very professional. We will be recommending Josh and Precision to our friends in this area with homes the same age as ours.

I would NEVER call any other Garage Door Service, but Precision. I called them on Sunday and there were here at 9:00 AM on Monday. Good thing...as my door would not open. My service rep, Joe was professional yet friendly. I am pleased with his assessments. I think every thing is OK but I still hear a loud noise when the garage door opens. I'll work with this and see if the noise lessens because when the door open, outside of this noise, it is sooo quiet.
