The spring on my garage door broke and I was unable to open the door. I called Precision Door Service of Sarasota and was told they would come to my home between 12 and 4 pm. Surprisingly, the technician Dean (C) Moore called about a half hour later and arrived around 11 am. He did the work quickly and efficiently.

Our service tech was Joe and he did a very good job. Very friendly and polite and knew what he needed to do and did it in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this company. This was done on a Sat. and really was glad they could come.

He could not have been nicer. He really worked on my issue with my garage door and did not overcharge me for things I did not need. I felt he was fair and prompt. Precision is awesome! I called and actually, they could get out to my house before I was ready for them. The tech was early for my appointment. He quickly assessed the work that needed to be done, and provided me with 4 options to fix the problem based on my budget. The tech, Paul, was very courteous and thorough. Hey, everyone would rather spend money on a vacation, but you can't live without a garage door...especially when you live in a very strictly enforced dead restricted neighborhood like I do. This is the best money I've ever spent that I wish I could have spent in Colorado next Summer! These guys are awesome!

Everthing was fine. The tech. (Gaetano)was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable, personable and efficient. My only problem was the price ($450) which seemed pretty high for spring replacement but I have nothing else to compare it to.

The best thing was that the person who went out there didn't come to try to sell us a $2,000 unit. He told us what was wrong and what it would cost to fix what needed to be fixed. In the end, we decided to keep things as they are (the problem was the door got stuck), but when we need that new unit, which will likely be more sooner than later, we will certainly look into using you again.

Wow ... came that day so my car was stuck in the garage only that day! Joe was great, friendly, relaxed, knowledgeable. Arrived around 5:30, worked in the dark with his lights and fan! Seth, our technician was great. We called Sunday night to see if someone could fix our door. It was stuck halfway down and nothing was working. Car remotes as well as inside wall remote. He came Monday evening and replaced keyboard panel they worked with us on a time that fit into our schedule. We totally recommend using this company.

I needed one garage door spring replaced. The cost resulted in a charge of $350. I feel the charge was high for what parts and service that was completed.

CUSTOMER STATED THAT SPRING WAS BROKEN UPON ARRIVAL. INSPECTION FOUND THAT SPRING WAS BROKEN AND CABLES WERE BENT . RECOMMENDED THAT CABLES BE REPLACED AS WELL AS SPRINGS we replaced not just one spring but also cables a center bearing we also gave a 3 year warranty to make sure there were no future problems
