My garage door previously cost me quite a bit of money with another company with them replacing parts that had nothing to do with the problem, so I will only use Precision!

My Precision Gar. Door was installed in Oct 2014. Working fine but decided to have it serviced. Your man arrived a couple hours after I made the call and in 15 or 20 minutes was done. It sounds much better. Joe waws the tech.

The serviceman Gaetano was curteous and polite. He explained what he was doing and told me up front what the cost would be. He not only did an excellent job but it did not take him long to complete the work. He made sure I would be able to lift the garage door if I had to. He did make it lighter for me.
