Scheduled appointment was between 8-12am, Technician called 8:00 am, said he would be there in 25 mins. which he was. He examined door and gave me options & costs for service needed. I chose "Tune and Lube" and replace bottom seal. He performed the selected service very promptly and professionally. I am very satisfied and would hire Precision Garage Door again.

Your receptionist was wonderful from the start. Alex was to be here between 4 and 8pm. He called and was here before 3pm! We looked over the garage door and came to what we needed done. He gave me a satisfactory price and got it done in record time. We are very satisfied. Thank you!

We can't thank Precision's technician, Gaetano, enough for his assistance with our garage door opener. He responded to our need on Labor Day, a holiday. Not only was he professional and friendly but extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and detailed in his work. Our problem was quickly identified and corrected. In addition he took extra time to answer our questions and respond to an extra concern. It was a delight to have him assist us!

The original 2001 motor for our garage door went out, so I called your number from the sticker on the door from previous service (before we bought the house). The person who answered the phone was professional and thorough. Service was scheduled for that afternoon. Almost immediately after the call I received an email about your business and info about the service person who would be coming. Seth showed up promptly, gave me repair or replace options and costs and he replaced the motor as requested. Great service. Impressive website. Good job!

Recently moving to a new home in Florida I had Precision install 2 new garage door openers, job went well. I then hired them replace two garage doors with what they call their BEST hurricane door. After my doors were removed they opened the packaging for their BEST door and I saw the back side being nothing but metal beams. I have never seen a door like this and asked what the problem was they told me it was not insulated so I told them I wanted to change to insulated. The installer called his office and from what I could hear they were yelling at him for having me change my mind. So with my original doors already down I let them install what they had. When I signed my receipt I wrote in the comment section requesting a call, I went to their site and requested a call. Lastly I received an e-mail from Andrew Sell saying "If for any reason you are not totally satisfied, I would consider it a favor if you called and gave me the opportunity to redress the situation." So I replied to his email asking for a call and again no response. Overall the installers were fine but you never get a response back when you have an issue. They just charge your card and move on. Mark was supposed to call me between 10am and 2 pm. He called at 10 sharp and was at my house at 11:30. He replaced both springs along with new rollers that he suggested. He completed the job in only 30 minutes and had the personality you would wish for when someone works on your house. I never realized it was the rollers that was making all that noise. Yes, I would definitely recommend Precision and Mark. Thanks guys.

Got company name from the Palmers of North Naples. Wonderful service and very fair prices. Actually the very nice technician, whose first language is English, called to tell us he'd be arriving in 30 minutes. Then he adjusted that to 35 minutes. Wow - the exact opposite of Comcast, who tells you they'll be there pretty much whenever!

What a service! Amazing! My door spring broke and I could not open the garage door. I was supposed to leave town early next morning and needed to use my cars. In panic I called Precision. Jason answered the phone and said that the next available appointment was for tomorrow. I told him this was an emergency and explained my situation. He put me on hold, rearranged the service schedule and told me that Lee would come to fix my door in a few hours. Exactly as promised, Lee called me and came on time. He diagnosed the problem, calmed me down, offered several repair options, recommended the preferred one and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. The door works as new! I now know who to turn to for all my garage door problems. Thank you Precision!
