Since the spring replacement repairs the garage door opener has failed to open the door. It has power to the outlet and nothing is working, no light, no opening of the door we can only manually open our door since the $650 repair last week! Could the new spring be too strong for the opener to perform?

Our garage door would not open electronically or manually. I called this morning and was told they would send someone between 9:00 and 12:00. Brett was here at 9:00 sharp. He was polite, neat and did a wonderful job. Another thing that I especially like about this company is that you know the name of the person coming to your home, you have a picture of them, you have the reviews about his/her service and they arrive in a company truck and shirt so it is definitely a comfort factor.

We had them out a total of three times over the years. I cannot say enough about the service they give to their customers. Very knowledgeable and super friendly. They explain everything to you and do NOT try to sell you anything or up sale you. They are the "Publix" of the garage door companies! We pretty much replaced everything on our door, so we might not need them out for anything but an adjustment now, but we will be sure to use them again when we do. Thanks again (Alex R.)

I was very pleased to be able to get service so fast,and I'm pleased with the service and the technician Brett Owens professionalism and knowledge. I tried to get another door company to help and they said it would be 4 days before they could come out. I had to open and close the door manually and couldn't wait 4 days, you came right out and took care of me and if I need any other service,I will be calling Precision. Again Thanks, Larry

Wow. I called late Tuesday evening and had everything repaired by 11:15 the next morning. Lee, the tech, was courteous, competent, and quick. I cannot be happier. My new door opener and rollers are as quiet as a sea breeze and as smooth as a 25 year old Scotch whisky. Bravo!

Hello, being new to the Palmetto area we did not know who to get to fix our garage. After doing a Google search and read a ton of reviews we decided to go with Precision Garage Door. We were extremely pleased with our repair technician, Brian and his knowledge, workmanship and his attitude. Technician Jason showed up early despite driving distance. He seemed eager to handle a small but complicated fix, involving safety-sensors on our old Craftsman opener. He replaced the sensors just the way I asked, with no pressure to purchase anything else. Also checked the springs and balance of the door.
