I am a native of Southwest Florida, I grew up and attended college in Port Charlotte. My interests & hobbies are also native to Southwest Florida, I love fishing, spearfishing and the beach. I requested Alex by name because he serviced my door last year. Alex is friendly, knowledgeable, and through. I had no issues but requested a 'tune-up' due to the importance of having a properly operating garage door. Alex called before he arrived and conducted a good evaluation of my door's operation then serviced it. We like Alex a lot because he's a great technician. When I saw your office dogs listed as customer service employees, I was sure I had chosen the right company. Alex came to our house to check out our door issue. There was none when he came and said that our sensors probably got out of alignment. Nothing needed to be done. However, I asked what it would cost to have a new opener installed as ours was quite old. He gave me various options and answered my questions. A new opener, wall button, outside buttons, and new sensors installed within the hour and a half he promised. I couldn't be more pleased and have already recommended Precision to neighbors.
