We had a broken spring and called based on reviews. So happy I did. They are fantastic! They came at the beginning of my given time and day. I had them upgrade my springs to the green ones and decided while he was there to upgrade to a wifi super quiet belt lift system. Tyler was our technician and he gave me all my options cost etc. He was the nicest most professional worker I think I have ever had. I am going to add them to my regular maitnance schedule! I seriously can't say enough good things about this company. I am so gratful!

Company scheduled an appointment same day as call in about the problem, service representative was at my house an hour and 15 minutes before the 4 hour window of time scheduled, and diagnosed problem in about 5 minutes. Also showed me how to prevent the problem going forward which was the most valuable part of the service.

Selected Presicion because of other reviews and live operator answering calls. Appointment was very quick and a convenient time for me. Loved that employees pictures were sent with appointment confirmation so I would know who was servicing the garage door. Tyler located the issue immediately and had it fixed in no time!

I realize I was lucky to get someone to come out within an hour from when I called. But that was pretty amazing. My garage door was checked out and lubricated, I had a replacement garage door opener, and my car was programmed to open the door for me. Quick, polite and reasonable. I had a new opener installed by Tyler today. He showed up on time and after he gave me an inspection of my old opener and garage door I. Chose to have a new opener installed. I felt that the quote was vary reasonable. He then went Into work mode and in a few hours he had the job done right. He even helped my wife set up the wi go. He was great to work with. The door and opener are like new and. very quiet.
