We had a problem with our garage door transmitters and also the wall transmitter. This is the first time we called Precision as they were the company used by the previous owners of our "new" house. A service person arrived the day after our call and promptly fixed the problem. He was knowledgeable and personable. The price was fair and we could not be more pleased. We will call Precision whenever there is a problem with our garage door and highly recommend them.

I used Google maps to find and chose your business. My garage door has lately on cold days only opened about 18 inches and stopped. As it was warm today, it worked perfectly. Your tech arrived the next day and discussed what the problem was caused by. He showed me that when he turned down the power cutoff of the motor, it acted as if it was cold. He also opened the door manually to test how balanced the springs were against the weight of the door. I told him I have been worried lately that if the electricity was off, I wasn't sure I could open the door by myself (I'm88). After telling me what my options were and the price of each option, I choose to just replace the springs. He had a pair of springs in his truck and took about 20 minutes to replace the old springs. I tried opening the door manually, and found it was very easy. I thanked him, paid him, and off he went. Great job, and he knew all the options & prices. I highly recommend your service. Thank you!

very satisfied with repair,disappointed with info given,me on phone,i had removed old spring and purchased new spring to install myself,have done this before numerous times,tried to purchase rods to tighten tension on springs,no one sells them,the company I bought spring from.wanted $80 to install spring,but had to wait five days,called your company said they could do next day,asked price was told $49,asked again if this was the total price for everything and told it was,when tech showed up was told it was $120,would have appreciated an honest price estimate upfront,kind of lost trust in recommending or doing business with your company again,

These same folks installed our new door around 2004. I was impressed with their work and ethic at that time. We had a very slight glitch shortly after the installation, and they were immediately responsive to correct it - to my expectations. Now, (approx. 14 years later) when our overhead spring broke I did not hesitate to call them to take care of it. The service was on time and efficient, the service person was knowledgeable and extremely competent. I will certainly recommend them to anyone needing installation or service for their garage doors.
