We read a review in a magazine of your company and called because of your high ratings. The man who came to our home was very knowledgable and made us feel confident he would recommend the appropriate repairs etc. He fixed our terribly noisy garage door and installed new devices for us including an outside key pad we didn't have previously. Justin was both personable and professional. Price seemed high but he did a great job of justifying it. Was able to get to us even sooner than promised and worked quickly and efficiently. A few of the U tacks he used to secure the wiring were left on the garage floor (potentially not tire friendly). All other material was neatly disposed of. Overall, quite satisfied.

I chose Precision because it is highly rated. It’s a name I recognize. Alysa on the phone gave me information about price and service charges easily and fully. She could set up an appointment for the next day. Jonathan gave me a call 30 minutes before he arrived so I could be ready. He was knowledgeable and seemed to give me all the facts I needed to make a good decision about what I needed. He consulted with me about my available time before he started. The technicians from Precision Door Service were able to quickly and expertly put my garage door back in working order. They replaced the springs, rollers and a blown capacitor which resulted in a double door that operates smoothly and without the grinding noise I have endured over the past year. I appreciate the fact Precision Door Service was able to give me next day service on my garage door that was inoperable. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service based on their performance, expertise and next day service.

I thought I had done something electrical to make the opener stop working, but your technician showed us where the safety eyes were being blocked and how it all worked. He could have tried to make a big sale or fake a repair, but his honesty and less than a minute makes you folks a no brainer from here on. This is actually the second visit from your company, the first we replaced rollers. Also, you answered the phone, others did not.
