Called for repair on a Saturday at 9 AM. Tech, Justin, was able to arrive same day an hour earlier than estimated. He was courteous, provided an estimate for repairs and had all the needed parts, springs, cables, pulleys, brackets and crossbar. Work was completed in 2.5 hours. Very grateful for the quick response and and skilled technician.

So happy I chose Precision for my garage door repair. Justin called to advise me of the time he would be coming and he arrived precisely on time (so rare these days). A very knowledgeable young man who quickly diagnosed my problem and explained the options to me. I chose to go with a new unit because the one I had was very old. He explained the repairs would take about an hour and together with another co-worker who stopped by to assist, repairs were done quickly and efficiently. I think it is great that this company is training young men like Justin enabling them to begin a career. I will definitely call this Precision in the future if I have any other problems and will certainly recommend them to my family and friends.

A GREAT JOB by Justin Nash (technician) on servicing our Palmira Community, Bonita Springs, FL garage opener. Remotes were not working (we just purchased the condo) and during the service call, we asked about an entire new garage opener, remotes and outside keypad. Excellent and prompt service. Technician could have come out same day as my call, but I had a conflict. Came the next day and repaired my door promptly. Friendly and professional. Highly recommend them. I had called another company and they told me first of the week and never called to schedule appointment. My technician was Justin. I did an over haul as garage door mechanics are over 20 years old.
