Called, emailed, called, and called a competitor. Finally got someone to answer the phone. They said that they wouldn't fix my broken spring today or tomorrow. I hung up and called Precision. My door was repaired in about two hours (the tech squeezed me in early) and I could get my golf cart out of the garage to play! On his recommendation, I had them replace the springs and bearings on the shaft as well as the bottom seal. Job well done. We couldn't be happier. Went from trauma to glee in about two hours! Thank you Precision! Thank you Justin Nash! (Great tech!)

Had a new belt driven motor with safety switches and controls installed. Zachery Nash, technician doing the work) did an excellent job. He explained why a new motor was needed (my was 20 years old and had control board issues), installed the new equipment in an hour or less and showed me how to operate. Everything runs so much smoother. The new belt drive that replaced the chain drive is smoother running and not near as noisy. Zackery is a very personable, polite individual. I have nothing but accolades for the equipment and the technician.

5 star...Called Precision based upon Phone Book advertising 5 star...Justin Nash spliced a broken wire on the lights and this fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes..... I asked about the opener provided by Overhead Door Co and he told me why your motors were better and gave me an estimate....very well done

good job and came early instead of running late like you usually get. Went to D and D garage doors first as they installed it years ago. The service this time was terrible. We had a problem with our garage door on a Saturday. We placed a phone call to Precision and the phone was very courteously answer. It was not an emergency and the representative arranged an appointment on the Monday between 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM. On Monday at about 11:00 AM , Technician Justin Nash called to say he was on his way. He arrived before 12:00 PM and his skill solved our problem. Justin was both skillful and courteous ; it was a pleasure to have him work on our behalf. Absolutely great job, Justin and his partner showed up earlier than they were supposed to came prepared Did the work professionally cleaned up everything showed me how to use everything stayed until They were sure that I knew what I was doing and they shook my hand gave me a card just in case there were future questions and pulled out. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had dealing with a contractor at any home I’ve ever owned. If you need garage door work you need to call these guys don’t look anywhere else.
