I just moved in and my garage door broke ! Chris called me 30 mins. before he arrived, told me when he would be at my home. He showed up, he was very personable and courteous! He looked over my garage door and , right up front, told me the price. He then asked if I needed anything else done or looked at! He told me it would take 30 mins., asked if he could play some music. He then, without hesitation, helped with the code on the other garage door! Precision will be my go to company from here on ! Chris was awesome !

Mike did a wonderful job installing a new garage door motor and new rollers. Despite the heat, he worked without stopping for a break. He was so polite and professional. He went over the workings of our new system and helped us program our key pad and cars. I would recommend Precision to everyone.

Like most things what I thought would just be a small expense of replacing a remote key pad ended up as a new garage door opener for $575. Despite this it was my decision. The technician did tell me that he could install just a new key pad but in all probability this would not solve the problem since the opener I had was under rated for my type of garage door. Service was same day and the technician was knowledgeable. I appreciated the options he gave me and I did not feel pressured. I would use Precision again.

Very pleased with the service we received today. High praise for Chris and his helper, Fisher, who were on time, courteous, and professional. We had a brand new garage door opener from Precision installed as well as some replaced rollers and a repaired pulling wire. We really liked how quiet the new system was and how well it worked. The next day, the door opened on its own and the wall control unit seemed out and wouldn't open or close the door. The technician, Chris S, found time in his schedule to come right away, figured out the problem, which was bad wiring behind our walls unrelated to the installation, so he ran a new wire and all is well. A big thank you goes to Chris.

Precision Garage Door is very good to come for repairs. There is no waiting days to come to repair. I had mine replaced with Precision. They had new door installed in one day.
