I was born and raised in Folcroft, PA and I am a HUGE Philadelphia sports fan! I travelled all over most of the US and Canada pursuing an ice hockey career at both the junior and collegiate levels. For college, I attended UMBC in Maryland for my freshman year and then finished my college studies at Michigan State University, GO GREEN! I began as a garage door technician with the Precision family in 2008 and throughout the years I have worked in every position throughout the company! Currently, I am the General Manager and I look forward to providing all our customers with the service and professionalism that the Precision family embodies. In my free time, I really enjoy being a dad to my son & daughter, playing ice hockey, fishing, golfing, camping and other outdoor activities. I have a beautiful wife and we love living the Florida Lifestyle

I highly recommend Precision. They are profession, reasonable, efficient and they were able to do the job the next day after I called. They were honest and fixed only the problems that were needed for my garage door to work. I just moved into this home and area and the tech installing my Wi-Fi caused my door to go off the tracks, bent the tracks and panels. I called the first number I saw on the door opener. The man that came "Doug" told me I would need to spend $2200.00 for a whole new door. I declined and called Precision TO THE RESCUE and I have no regrets and will call them again, and when I need a new door I will call only them. They have gained my trust. Had a wiring issue with our garage door today. Gaetano showed up and diagnosed this problem within 60 seconds. I am extremely pleased with the experienced technician sent to my home who quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door opener. The technician had the replacement pcb board in his van and installed it in minutes. A detailed paperwork process nothing the work performed really shows this company has their employees well trained. I would rate the technician "6" on a scale of "5". First time I have used services of your company. I had ordered a tune up due to loud workings of door. Was advised rollers needed replacing and bearing was bowed.
