I selected Precision from the internet. I have to say, this was a refreshing experience. I was having trouble with the keypad entry and the clicker. Neither were working. I knew the garage door was working because I could raise/lower it with the indoor button. Long story short, when my children replaced the battery in the keypad, they erased the memory. It was fixed in less than two minutes, no charge. Will I recommend Precision? You better believe it.

Not pleased with my current service. A neighbor recommenced Precision. Serviceman, Mark, arrived on time . He reviewed our problems, made recommendations and prices. He performed the work in a timely manner and everything is working properly at this time. We are very pleased with the work.

Mark was my service tech and he was fabulous. He did a fantastic job! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything and answered all my questions without pushing unnecessary "upsells". In fact, it was in part because of this I did "add on" new top of the line heavy duty springs in addition to the door repair and replacement of cables and rollers that I did require. The company was very punctual and I was able to have my door issue taken care of and my car "set free" the very next morning. Overall, I am very impressed with this company and Mark the service technician that did my job.

Mark explained that the motor was not repairable so we opted for the PDS 800 7' Belt Drive.
