Precision was recommended by a friend when our garage door was acting up. Wasn't sure what to expect as we couldn't figure out the problem. Leigh was our technician and told us exactly what the problem was. He gave us the option of fixing the problem or replacing it. Because the age of our old one was 15 years old, my husband and I felt it didn't make sense to fix it. Leigh was able to install a new one in about an hour and a half. I was very impressed at the quality of my new opener and wished I did this years ago. Leigh was very thorough explaining the operation of our new opener. I was really impressed at the warranty it comes with. My husband and I are more than happy with Precision and my technician Leigh.

I've been with Precision for many years and am surprised they normally can be at my house the same day I need service. Today was no different. I called my order in late morning & Leigh was here mid afternoon. I had a broken spring which he fixed and didn't charge me since Leigh was here two months ago to repair the door. Great customer service. Tec was here on time to repair my garage door. No high pressure sales technique to sell me a new door just did what he was suppose to ( repair my current door).
