Company if very easy to deal with! Problem with garage door occurred earlier this morning, and, within 4 hours it was fixed. Justin was very clear in his explanation of what happened and what was needed to remedy the problem. The cost was fair. This is the second time we have dealt with Precision Door -- I strongly recommend them!!!

I had an excellent experience working with Precision on a new door install at my Anna Maria beach house and subsequently had Justin out to service my two doors in LWR CC. We had a bracket come loose and Justin easily convinced me it was time to replace the 20+ year old springs and wheels which he did in about 2 hrs on this service call. Both doors sound and operate like new again!

The belt on my garage door opener broke unexpectantly. The garage door and opener had been installed by Precision. I called the number on the website and was given an appointment the very next day. Justin arrived on time and completed the repair expediently. He also did a thorough check of the entire garage door and opener to assure it was working properly. I could not be happier with the service.

We are very happy with the service we received by your technicians. Justin and his assistant were great. (So sorry I don't know the name of the other tech.) The motor was fried on our door opener. We could not open the door. The boys came within an hour of our call and they completed the job very quickly. The were very polite and courteous and efficient. They also repaired the old parts and our door is working like new.

We had multiple issues with our garage door, Justin arrived on time, was very personable and knowledgeable, and offered us two options, repair or replacement both reasonably priced. We opted to have the door repaired, Justin had all the parts needed on his truck, completed the job in the time frame he had estimated, and the door works very quietly and seals completely when shut. We are extremely pleased with the service from the initial phone call to the completion of the job. We would definitely recommend Precision to our friends and neighbors.

My new garage door and new opener were not operating correctly. I called to set up an appointment for service and Beckianne had 2 service people at my home 2 hours later!! Justin and Rick arrived at the promised time and fixed the issue within 20 minutes! Talk about superb,efficient and friendly service from start to finish! My keypad was old and corroded. I saw a tech helping a neighbor and asked him to check on it for me. He came as soon as he could but had already checked and saw it had two more months of warranty. He fixed it in a few minutes with no charge. He was professional, very pleasant and now it will be good for another seven years or so. While he was here, he checked to make sure my code was established and tightened something loose. What a pleasure!

I had an appointment between 4 and 8 pm, first of all let me say I am grateful that I could get a late appointment so I didn't have to take a day off work. The tech (Justin W.) showed up on time and was great very accommodating and professional and absolutely knew everything about garage doors. I was looking to get a new belt drive opener, he gave me several options and he had the equipment on the truck. He performed the service that evening including new spring and new wheels installed the garage door opener in a little more than an hour absolutely amazing. I could not have asked for better service or a more knowledgable person to do the job. Precision is who I will turn to for anything thing I need for my garage door and the company I will recommend to anyone looking for garage door work. A big thank you to Precision and to Justin!!

EXCELENT SERVICE - on time and courteous- Justin fixed two of three issues within 20 minutes. Unfortunately the third issue was not as amenable to service as out door is apparently "proprietary" and only certain companies can repair the seal at the bottom. Justin gave us the name of the local authorized dealer - so that was also very helpful!

Friends had recommended Precision when I told them I was in need of a garage door repair. The scheduler was very helpful and set an appointment. The tech person was on time. Very helpful in explaining what had to be done to correct the problem and what could be done to make things better. And boy did it. He installed a new motor, wheels and brackets. All the while explaining the procedure. He also stated the price so I could make a decision. I would give this whole experience a 5. Very happy with the completed work
