Quick response time, called at 7:15pm and they scheduled the service call for the very next morning between 8-10. Tech called 15 mins ahead of service visit to let us know he was on his way, arrived right on time, and walked us through the entire process.

I called Friday AM for service. Couldn’t believe it but they came at noon same day. Justin Bazzy was my technician. He was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. We analyzed the situation and I decided to install 2 new openers. Justin was all over it. Done in 2 1/2 hours, 2 doors. Love this Company. Justin was fantastic! Can’t say enough.

Called Precision Door Service because several neighbors recommended them. Needed an inspection of garage door opening system as it was working erratically. Justin explained our 3 service options. With a 23 year old door system we replaced the whole system. Especially liked that the garage door can operate when electricity goes off in a hurricane with its internal backup system. I like that I could lift garage door myself if I ever needed to. Justin was professional and worked efficiently. He explained and reviewed the work upon completion. Very satisfied.
