Technician (Lee) arrived at the promised time, inspected the garage door components, and provided an estimate. He had the broken spring and worn bearing replaced within an hour. He was most professional and courteous in answering questions. We called Precision because they had done a previous repair years ago and left their sticker on the garage door. Glad they did.

Noticed broken spring on door. Tech arrived early for appointment (called first for my ok) Reviewed door operation and noted one broken spring,suggested both be replaced. Quoted pricing and also showed me rollers were badly worn,replaced as well. Door now operating quietly and more smoothly. Very efficient in his work and speed. Your service is great !!! I called and received a service technician the next day. Lee arrived ahead of the scheduled time. He analyzed the problem and suggested a solution, gave me a quote which was very reasonable. After completing the repair, he noticed that the bearings were worn and suggested replacing them. He gave me a quote which was very reasonable and basically did the entire job over again and did not charge me any extra labor only for the parts needed. If I have a need in the future, I would definitely call them again. Dependable, knowledgeable, and reasonable prices.

A tech who came to repair my garage opener, that he quickly reprogrammed showed both cables laced and explained why. He had necessary items to replace them and swiftly worked to replace the springs. The response to my service call was prompt and courteous. The tech who came today was also courteous, professional, swift, and kind. I used the Precision in my other home in NJ. I found its service mostly reliable but the knowledge level is not consistent among different technicians whom I have come across over a decade.

Purchased a garage door from Precision about 1 1/2 years ago. This December, it would not close. The "settings" needed to be reset. They thought it was because of a power surge. We spent 3 hours trying to resent the limits, but could not get it to work. They did fix it. We live in Florida with more lighten strikes and power surges than most states. I with I knew that it would have to be resent every time the electricity goes off. After it was fixed, I wanted to know what happen and what I could to go fix it ourselves next time. When talking the to repair man, he was very rude and at first could not tell me what he had done to the garage door to get it working. After a few minutes, he "all of a sudden remembered" what he did then was mad that I was asking so many questions. I was not impressed with the manner of talking to a customer and that the door will need to be resent every time the electricity goes off.

Our garage is used as our main entrance and lately has made more noise than usual. I called Precision and they were able to get someone out very timely. Lee was our technician and was able to find several issues and fix them immediately. He also gave us his advice on what our next steps may be and was able to give pricing as well.
