Technician (Darryl) was on time(actually ahead of schedule, no complaints), polite and diagnosed the issue in less than a minute. Had it repaired in about an hour. After much research, I bought our garage door from Precision 8 years ago. The very high wind rating and very realistic laser printed wood pattern were the best available on the market. They recommended an appropriate motor and accessories that all work well together. The system works perfectly, has gone through two hurricanes and several tropical storms without a scratch and has never REQUIRED service or repair. I've had two preventative maintenance services done which consisted of lubricating all rollers and adjusting the tension on the counterbalance springs. The service technicians were prompt, professional, courteous and friendly. Couldn't ask for more!

E very once in a while a person makes the right choice. Today was my day ! I was lucky enough to get PRECISION DOOR SERVICE on the phone within 24 hours of my garage door going on the fritz. Approximately 12 hours later your truck was in my driveway and within one hour everything was operating like brand new. My technicians name was Derrick Irving and I guess it was my lucky day. Had Derrick arrived in set time frame scheduled, very nice tech, and after checking all, saw what I needed and also showed me all my options/choices, but I chose to go with the new Circuit Board part on my garage door opener of which he was fine and didn't push me further to spend more for a new garage door opener, of which I appreciated with all the many expenses I already had for this month. He then drove back up to Sarasota to obtain the part needed and came back in great time to finish the repair, and reset set all my garage door openers, even in my car, which I appreciated. Nice service all the time with Precision!

Today, Derrick came out to check my garage door because it was making such a clacking sound when I opened it that it concerned me. Called Precision to inquire about replacing garage door opener. Customer service representative was very helpful and informative. Derrick, your technician, called before he arrived and was on time. He evaluated our system and presented his recommendations along with pricing and options for maintenance items. Installed new belt-drive opener, new rollers, and adjusted spring tension. He did demonstration on new system and programmed keypad on new outside control and our car. All very professional. A well-run company.

Called on a Saturday just for a price, liked what they offered and they had someone here Monday, checked my door, installed a new Lift Master 8500w as my door opener was so noisy, new springs and all like new again. Belt drive is so quiet compared to my chain Genie I had. Derric was the best, very personable and professional. Had it all installed in about 2 hours. Highly recommend Precision.
