John arrived on time, called before to let me know he was 20 minutes away. Diagnosed the problem, let me know my options and we went ahead and in less than an hour had a very happy garage door. Garage Door Opener failed Saturday. I called on Saturday and Ashley set an appointment. Precision was here on Tuesday. Excellent response. Matt is a great asset to your company. He arrived on time, assessed the situation and offered three options. He inspected all moving parts of the door and reported that everything passed but the motor. He installed the new motor and track and programmed the remotes. Matt is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. When he finished there was no clean up required. He kept the work area clean and free of any discarded equipment. Everything went into the shipping box as he worked. As a licensed Realtor I would recommend Precision to any of my customers. Thank you for your excellent service.

Form the time I called to schedule and appointment until resolution of my problem, Precision Overhead Garage Service exceeded my expectations. The lady that scheduled the service call took the time to review their service charges and since I am a renter, that made a huge difference to me because I was paying out of pocket.
