I damaged our garage door seal when I hit it with our golf cart as it was opening, Too much of a hurry I guess. Anyway, Alex Reich, the repair person called early and asked if he could come early, which was very courteous and very much appreciated. He was completed 90 minutes ahead of the start of the window to begin the work. Alex is very proficient, courteous, and skillful. We will definitely use Precision Door again, as we have in the past for less serious problems.

Everyone in this company is very nice to deal with, from clerical staff, to repair technicians, to installers. When I needed a repair, the company responded promptly and a technician was scheduled at a time that was convenient for me. The repair technician was very personable and clearly discussed options for repair or replacement. When we decided to replace our aging and flimsy garage door and opener, I received what I regarded as a reasonable price for framing and installation of new garage door that meets current hurricane standards. An installation date was available within the week. The installers were also very personable and diligent. It seemed important to them to do the job right. We are completely satisfied with the final product. I would give Precision Garage Doors 5+ stars if I could.

The roller came out of the rail and the door would not close. This had been repaired one month previously. They came out, refixed it and another problem we were having at no charge. I was disappointed that they failed to fix it the first time, but happy that they stood behind their work and did not charge me the second time.

Leigh was our service technician and was very professional. He told us what he recommends and did not push extra things on me like most companies. We received a call prior to let us know he was on way. I called the company for spring issues but had them tune up whole door, change rollers and adjust everything. I rate them 5 stars because of this. The price was what was quoted and no more.

This is only the second time I have called Precision to help me with my garage door problems. Initially I first called Precision about 5 years ago to update my garage door, which you did quickly and at a very resonable price. I did not need any further help for my garage door until last month, right after Irma visited our area. My garage door would not close correctly- a minor adjustment that your service person quickly identified and quickly fixed. He also adjusted one of the wheels on the door, put on a new rubber bottom on the door and then lubricated each of the wheels that assist the door in opening and closing. Your service person was polite, courteous and very knowledgeable about finding the correct solutions to my garage door problems. As far as I am concerned, Percision is the perfect company to take care of all my garage door problems!

After Hurricane Irma hit, my garage door wouldn't go up. I called Precision the next day and they were highly responsive.
