Technician (Darryl) was on time(actually ahead of schedule, no complaints), polite and diagnosed the issue in less than a minute. Had it repaired in about an hour. He also did a once over on entire equipment and gave it a thumbs up. I am completely satisfied and would not be afraid to pass your name along to my friends.

Seth was very professional and had answers to every question I had. The pricing seemed fair and his presentation was well done and complete. The only thing I wish I could have had is a selection of windows that are slightly smaller in height than the 13" height (would have preferred something in the 8" height). I believe that the sizing is from the manufacturer and not from Precision. Seth also shared with us pictures of recently completed doors (with windows) and that helped us visualize what our end result would look like. We are looking forward to having the new garage door installed.

Precision Door installed our garage door a few years ago and did a great job. Last week I called to have some maintenance work done as the door was not quite functioning properly and a service man came on Saturday afternoon. He quickly found and fixed the problem and then proceeded to do some other routine maintenance. Both he and the company are 5 star performers in my book.

Thank you for a painless process. I called on a Friday to schedule an appointment. We received an appointment for the next morning, Saturday. The Tech called 20 minutes before arriving and we received a quote and the doors were repaired an hour later! Great job Precision!

I had seen your ads on television. Precision was able to respond in a brief timeframe. On the date Chris S. called saying he would be there in about 15 minutes. He showed up at that time. He was extremely courteous, reviewed what was wrong, told me what had to be accomplished and the cost. He started working and finished the job fifteen minutes sooner. I'm extremely satisfied.

I chose Precision because of the high rating and positive comments that were left. The technician came here within one business day after I called. He arrived at the scheduled time. He did a thorough investigation of my garage door's needed repairs and explained what needed to be done. He provided me with two options and the benefits of each. There was no pressure. He advised me of work that would need to be done in the future, but left it to me to decide when to get it done. The parts needed to complete the job were in his van so it was fixed on the day he came out. The door works well and I am pleased with the repair. When the time comes for further work on the door, you can be sure I will hire Precision again.

Called Precision to inquire about replacing garage door opener. Customer service representative was very helpful and informative. Derrick, your technician, called before he arrived and was on time. He evaluated our system and presented his recommendations along with pricing and options for maintenance items. Installed new belt-drive opener, new rollers, and adjusted spring tension. He did demonstration on new system and programmed keypad on new outside control and our car. All very professional. A well-run company.

Thank you for this service. Our garage would not extend to the fullest. They came out on a Sunday and performed an extensive test and it was repaired quickly. It is wonderful to find a company that provides excellent service at a very reasonable price. They did not charge us for this service call because the repair was minimal.
