We had a service person arrive to fix a broken garage door. He was polite, offered 3 bids, repair options - explaining each carefully. No pressure to buy the most expensive option. We made the right decision, and he completed some complicated work within a two hour time period. I believe we were only charged the initial service call rate for labor, plus the materials. Great work. Oh, there were several things repaired related to the door, new spring, cable drum, new reinforcement brackets, nylon rollers, etc. Thank you.

I had previously used Precision Door 5 years ago and the label was conveniently on the garage door. The technician arrived within the appointment time frame, determined the problem, and had it repaired in about a half hour or so. In reviewing my old file, I was surprised the trip charge was double, from $49.95 to $89.95, a100% increase and a $90 labor charge for the time spent seemed a bit much. I realize everything costs more and must pay the going rate, and I’m just venting . I have no complaints with the tech or service, hence the 5 star review. I should have asked if there was a senior discount, since I’m 82. It was an unexpected expense which fortunately I was able to cover. Hope it’ll be at least another five years or more before I need Precision again. Thank you, and keep up the good work.

We chose Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Sarasota because we are a repeat customer. We were very satisfied with the work previously. This time an issue happened on a Saturday with a lift cable. The technician (John Roetzer) was on site Sunday, before the promised time window, surveyed the problem and had us up and running within an hour. He is a true professional who went about the task safely, competently and at a fair price. Made this customer happy again.

Called Precision Door Service because several neighbors recommended them. Needed an inspection of garage door opening system as it was working erratically. Justin explained our 3 service options. With a 23 year old door system we replaced the whole system. Especially liked that the garage door can operate when electricity goes off in a hurricane with its internal backup system. I like that I could lift garage door myself if I ever needed to. Justin was professional and worked efficiently. He explained and reviewed the work upon completion. Very satisfied.

Second time I have used PD. This is a company that is run properly! From the young lady who took my call and scheduled my appointment to the technician (John) who completed my work they were truly first class! Both employees were polite professional informative and skilled in their roll! Customer service is a lost skill…but not at PD! I can't say enough about the Service I received from Precision. After being scammed by another Garage Door Company, the Service Tech, Doug Mason put my mind at ease immediately. He took his time and assured me he could repair the damage done to the door by Hurricane Milton, but also repair the damage inflicted by the other company. I was amazed when I saw what the total bill came to. Great pricing and great friendly service. I give Precision a 5 star rating!

The whole experience was way above expectations. From the ease of booking the appointment to the actual repairs. Justin called me 15-20 minutes prior to his arrival. Took his time to explain the process and the inspection before giving me 3 very reasonable estimates. The work was done with care and precision. Hello, My name is Nancy Wilson. I have lived in Sarasota for twenty years. Today I was absolutely rescued by an angel, Matt jones, a technician who was sent here after I made an emergency call Yesterday morning. ( I had made four calls all day trying to reach the company that had installed and serviced our garage door for ten years but they were not taking calls! post Hurricane issues were affecting all service providers. ) But another sweet angel named Emily heard my distress and got me an appointment today. Matt came on time, was attentive, informative and fixed our problem swiftly and showed us all of the essential things we needed to know about our garage door.
