Brian was the service technician, he was so professional and courteous.. I had a belt drive opener with remotes and pad installed, he also replaced the rollers and did a lube and tune on the springs. I would highly recommend Brian and Precision Garage Door Service.

Called for a failure of remotes to activate garage door down. Paid $350 for spraying springs and rollers. DID NOT repair the original problem! VERY VERY UNHAPPY and will never use you again. Ripped off!

From the initial call to the final repair everyone at Precision Garage Door was professional and courteous. Brian the service technician was on time and once he diagnosted the problem patiently explained my 3 options and the cost of each option to complete the repair. He gave me an estimate of the time required for the repair and perfomed a complete clean up of the area once the repair was completed on time. Extremely pleased with the service.

Since the spring replacement repairs the garage door opener has failed to open the door. It has power to the outlet and nothing is working, no light, no opening of the door we can only manually open our door since the $650 repair last week! Could the new spring be too strong for the opener to perform?

The service by your servicemen was excellent. Brian and his assistant arrived well within the time I was given. They were very pleasant and gave me an estimate. They began work right. Although there was much they had to do to repair my garage, they had it done in just a few hours and the garage door works perfectly. Brian Fixter did an outstanding job on our garage door system. He replaced the opener, both springs, and tuned up and lubricated the entire system. Could not be happier. My garage door previously cost me quite a bit of money with another company with them replacing parts that had nothing to do with the problem, so I will only use Precision!

The serviceman Gaetano was curteous and polite. He explained what he was doing and told me up front what the cost would be. He not only did an excellent job but it did not take him long to complete the work. He made sure I would be able to lift the garage door if I had to. He did make it lighter for me. I had a previous very bad experience with a different company that was costly with shoddy workmanship that resulted in on-going and new problems with my Garage Doors repeatedly not working. The previous company did not stand by their warranty and was going to charge an $85.00 service call to look at the work they had done 10 days before and see what the issues were. Precision came out and was able to take care of the problem in a matter of minutes and I was not told that there were any parts needed or any costly repair. I was so relieved to have a very small service call charge and very kind, courteous, professional and HONEST technician come to the rescue. I will highly recommend Precision as a company of INTEGRITY with awesome staff and service. You deserve 100 stars and I thank you and want to say that my technician , Gaetano, represents your company beyond what you expect. He exceeds with the best customer service and people interaction skills that I have seen in a long time.
