This is the second time using Precision and I love them even more. It was easy to make an appointment, I got a confirming e-mail with a picture of my repairman. He was very knowledgeable and took great care of us in a professional and friendly manner. He was efficient and wasted no time getting the repairs done and suggested maintenance procedures to save us from having more trouble. What more could anyone ask?

Brian Fixter did an outstanding job on our garage door system. He replaced the opener, both springs, and tuned up and lubricated the entire system. Could not be happier. Not surprised that Precision is the only garage door service company that is listed in the Manatee County Five Star Home Services Review Book. They deserve it.

Brian, the Precision employee, installed a whole new garage door opener system that works great. He was very curious and professional. He then came back to explain how the extra security button worked at no atonal charge. The person who answered the phone was also very helpful and friendly.

5 STARS. Technician Gaetano repaired the garage door: installed new sensors, aligned and adjusted door. Additionally, he sold me a new remote opener for an electric gate and made it work. Gaetano did the work professionally, quickly and courteously, and the price was reasonable.

You will be given excellent service and the service call price is lower than other companies by a substantial savings. Gaetano was my Tech and he is awesome! My garage door previously cost me quite a bit of money with another company with them replacing parts that had nothing to do with the problem, so I will only use Precision!

The serviceman Gaetano was curteous and polite. He explained what he was doing and told me up front what the cost would be. He not only did an excellent job but it did not take him long to complete the work. He made sure I would be able to lift the garage door if I had to. He did make it lighter for me. I had a previous very bad experience with a different company that was costly with shoddy workmanship that resulted in on-going and new problems with my Garage Doors repeatedly not working. The previous company did not stand by their warranty and was going to charge an $85.00 service call to look at the work they had done 10 days before and see what the issues were. Precision came out and was able to take care of the problem in a matter of minutes and I was not told that there were any parts needed or any costly repair. I was so relieved to have a very small service call charge and very kind, courteous, professional and HONEST technician come to the rescue. I will highly recommend Precision as a company of INTEGRITY with awesome staff and service. You deserve 100 stars and I thank you and want to say that my technician , Gaetano, represents your company beyond what you expect. He exceeds with the best customer service and people interaction skills that I have seen in a long time. I was very pleased with the prompt service and advise. Alex was not one bit pushing after I said not now after recommending new springs as a proventive measure. Their service call charge of $29.95 plus $10 fuel charge sure beats a $75 service charge that I was quoted by another company. I would definately refer them to family and friends.

What an exceptional experience! Gaetano was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and worked fast. My young boys enjoyed watching him fix our spring and install new rollers, bearings, etc., and he was kind enough to answer all of their dozens of questions. They especially appreciated the "helper" stickers after the work was done. He arrived within the time window provided when I made the appointment (which was also the same day, on a Saturday!). He made a courtesy phone call when he was about 20 minutes away, which I appreciated. He also gave me some important tips for keeping the door in good condition. I had to have a new garage door opener installed. Although it was not pleasant spending the money, Gaetano's professionalism and personality made it a little less painful.
