It was a pleasure doing business with your company. Beginning with the phone call to Holly who was very pleasant and helpful. She told me what time to expect the service person, and she told me his name. When the schudule information came to my email, I was able to access information about Alex. The picture and bio were great information, especially for safety. Alex called to say he would be earlier than the scheduled time and asked if I would be home. Alex was most helpful, patient, and informative. He didn’t mind my watching while he worked and answered all my questions. HE DESERVES A 5 STAR RATING. ?????????? ????

Lee came to my house (earlier than expected and called me first which was great!) Right away he determined that I needed a new sensor and told me the cost. In no time, he had it repaired. We use our garage doors as one would a front door. So it was particularly inconvenient when my wife and I attempted to keep business appointments and the garage door wouldn't open. The usual quick remedies didn't work so I called Precision. Within a couple of hours, Lee arrived, and immediately assessed and identified the problem. Without the usual sharp intakes of breath and phony concern, he explained in detail what the problem was and why it happened, and how he could fix it, which he did with consummate skill and efficiency. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company, unreservedly.
