I was fortunate to have Joseph (K) come to fix my broken coil for my 2-car garage door. Based on his recommendation and price differentials, I went with replacing BOTH coils with the 40,000 cycles, 7-Year warranty coils. He not only replaced the coil, but also lubed everything, checked the door-stop settings to make sure everything is operating well. On a personal basis, I found Joseph to be a very well trained, experienced technician, and a very pleasant person to work with. I recommend Joseph and Precision Garage Door highly.

On Monday, Sept 16th, garage door technician Joe Askew came to my rescue. I needed to get to work, but my garage door wouldn't open. Joe immediately diagnosed the problem of broken springs. Quickly and with a ton of professionalism Joe replaced the damaged springs and got me on my way to work. Super impressed by Joe with his knowledge and people skills.
