Lee was great. Arrived early, quickly determined issue and answered questions effectively. Performed repair fast and explained what he was doing at each step. Also tightened the motor mount as he checked everything out for proper operation. In other words he went above and beyond my expectations. The door does not open until I’m in the drive way . My old 21-year-old Genie opened 2 or 3 houses away. The light bulb was dead And it looks like an erector set, The Genie was more appealing to look at. And I did not get the $50.00 dollar discount

Tyler came on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, gave an estimate, performed the repair, reprogrammed the remotes to all three and was finished in half an hour. Nice young man and I’d be happy to see him again if more repair/replacement is required in our 18 year old openers.

Called, emailed, called, and called a competitor. Finally got someone to answer the phone. They said that they wouldn't fix my broken spring today or tomorrow. I hung up and called Precision. My door was repaired in about two hours (the tech squeezed me in early) and I could get my golf cart out of the garage to play! On his recommendation, I had them replace the springs and bearings on the shaft as well as the bottom seal. Job well done. We couldn't be happier. Went from trauma to glee in about two hours! Thank you Precision! Thank you Justin Nash! (Great tech!)

5 star...Called Precision based upon Phone Book advertising 5 star...Justin Nash spliced a broken wire on the lights and this fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes..... I asked about the opener provided by Overhead Door Co and he told me why your motors were better and gave me an estimate....very well done

I chose Precision because I am a very happy repeat customer!!! I have used Precision AT LEAST the last 10 years. Absolutely great job, Justin and his partner showed up earlier than they were supposed to came prepared Did the work professionally cleaned up everything showed me how to use everything stayed until They were sure that I knew what I was doing and they shook my hand gave me a card just in case there were future questions and pulled out. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had dealing with a contractor at any home I’ve ever owned. If you need garage door work you need to call these guys don’t look anywhere else. I contacted Precision about a broken garage door spring. The technician, Lee Stanziale, was very knowledgeable and on time. Lee explained the parts I would need and the cost to repair my door. The one car garage is quite small especially with a car inside. Lee was very careful and did a great job. I would recommend him and Precision.

Called for repair on a Saturday at 9 AM. Tech, Justin, was able to arrive same day an hour earlier than estimated. He was courteous, provided an estimate for repairs and had all the needed parts, springs, cables, pulleys, brackets and crossbar. Work was completed in 2.5 hours. Very grateful for the quick response and and skilled technician.

I selected Precision from the BBB website to service my garage door. Although I expected a 1-2 day wait for help, Travis Austin (who was in my area at the time) called to let me know he could be here in just a short time. I explained my problem (not working properly) and also my dissatisfaction with how noisy my door was. He adjusted the sensors on the door and installed new rollers. He did not try to oversell my needs. He was very professional and friendly. In a very short time, I had properly working and a quiet door. I was very pleased.
