We just closed on our used hone, new to us, but not moving in yet. I saw the company's recent TV ads so I scheduled an appointment a week or two ago for general service of the garage door because it was making a lot of noise. My appointment was for 10:00 - 2:00. I went to our new home at 9:30 hoping that maybe I would see the tech closer to 10:00 than to 2:00. I was wrong! At 1:50 I called the main office to get a status on my appointment. It took the man quite some time to find me in their system but he finally got back to me and said the tech would call. At 2:00 the tech called and said he was on a job that was taking longer than expected but would be at our home in 30-60 minutes. So, when I had not heard from him and it was now ninety (90) minutes later I called him to cancel my order but he said he was nine minutes away. I told him I would meet him in the driveway and I did. He sat in his truck and didn't get out for more than five minutes even though he saw me. When he finally got out of his truck it didn't take him long before he knew I was upset. I asked him if he ever intended to call me and he said yes but only after he was on his way. I suggested to him it might be more appropriate to call when he knew he would not arrive before 2:00. He lubricated my door, programmed our cars to the opener and did it quickly. He did give me a discount but it was meaningless at that time. I always give my vendors a generous tip but not in this case. What I did learn from this six plus hours of waiting in an empty home is who I will call the next time I need service.

It was easy to make an appointment for an estimate, and Brian Mohon called in advance to confirm date and time, and then again to let us know he was on his way. Brian thoroughly inspected all parts of our door, and provided options to us for replacement. Great service!!!

1. I found you in the yellow pages. 2. Your answering procedures and appointment system was outstanding. 3. Your scheduled appointment was cancelled while I was waiting for your tech to arrive. Your rep called me as soon as she heard your tech had a personal issue and would not be able to come; and she made another appointment. She represented you well/ 4. Your tech Mike arrived the next day at the appointed window. He represented you well. He made a complete inspection and determined what I needed; gave me an estimate, and did the job. Mike is AAA#1. 5. I have Precision Garage Door Service in my list to recommend to friends.
