Outstanding service from setting my appointment to the service received. The technician (Justin) called let to me know he was on the way and his estimated ETA. When he arrived he fixed the sensors in less than a minute. He instructed me on how to make sure they are in alignment. After he was done he said have a nice day!!!! Didn't charge me. Outstanding! Thank you.

From the first contact to the company I received fast courteous service. Justin the technician was on time, informative and the install took less than 2hrs. You would never have known any work was done he was so neat. No pressure was received from technician he explained my options and let me choose what repair I wanted. Since unit was 15 years old I purchased a new unit instead of doing a logic board replacement and I believe I made correct choice. I found Precision Door a great company to do business with and a huge thumbs up to the Tech Justin.

When my garage door was making some noise when opening, I remembered the tv commercial and called Precision Door. The technician that arrived, Justin, looked at the problem and was able to give me an estimate of the repair. I feel he was very fair and honest and will ask for Justin to do the repair when needed.

The gentleman Fisher Londeree was exceptionally prepared,knowledgeble and well versed in all of the issues I was facing with both doors. He provided me with a very consise, well thought out list of the issues and the optional approches with the prices of parts and labor for me to consider. He also provided the logical options to think through. At the end of our discussion, because of the obvious integrity and expertise of this gentleman, I actually added on an additional line item for him to complete. This was a very satifying service call and I felt the company phone discusions with the office showed this is a company that has your best interest in mind and hires staff well! The tech arrived early which was appreciated and quickly identified the problem and recommended some preventive maintenance to hopefully preserve the motor's life & enhance overall operation. We also opted to have a keypad installed which was probably a little pricey but it saved me some time & effort.
