I had an issue with my garage door late Wed night. I found your company on the internet. I immediately called and was greeted by a very pleasant person who set up an appointment for this morning. Your technician arrived on time. He was very courteous and professional. He repaired the hung door and replaced the opener. He also explained the proper maintenance and suggested a return service in two to three years. I also have a service business and would hope that my employees represent me as yours do. Although it cost more than I expected, I ended up with a garage door that opens quietly and with a new garage door opener. I am not sure why a service fee is charged once they are hired to do the job. Only negative. Very nice technician showed up and did a very good job.
