Found you through "5-star rated", Manatee County. The garage door cables snapped as I was leaving for an appointment. I called immediately, was amazed to hear a tech could be sent that same day. Gaetano did a fabulous job. I thought I might have to buy a new door, but he fixed it all. It runs and sounds like a new door. Gaetano explained in detail (and showed me) what he needed to do, how long it would take, and did not make extravagant promises about the possibility of saving the door. I got an accurate estimate of the costs, including for a new door if needed. He called before arriving, and finished the job in a very reasonable time. Everything cleaned up, and finished meticulously. He was courteous, friendly, and articulate. I am delighted with the service from Precision Door Service. I highly recommend them.

I was completely pleased the way I was treated when I called. The lady gave me a time and date. I told her that I had another appointment at 5:00. She said left me move some things around and then gave me an appointment with a window b between 2-5pm. the tech showed up at 2:45 and fixed the problem in half hr.
