I was able to do a live chat with Stephanie early this morning and she was able to schedule service between 10-2. The service tech Gaeton arrived at approx. 11:20 and the work was completed in less than an hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me. My garage door is working fine now and I would definitely call Precision again. Thank you!

Josh did a good job correcting the problem with the springs out of balance. He also lubricated all critical points on the garage door and suggested we replace the rollers. The price to replace the rollers was high as it turns out. Very simple process and I could have done it myself and saved about $150.

I had springs replaced. The work was prompt and punctual. The technicians (Josh Smith and his teammate) were very courteous and pleasant, the more remarkable as my job was near the end of a full day's work for them. Have to give Precision a big thank you for exceptional service. Had spring break on a holiday weekend and had it fixed the next day. Josh called me with an estimated time and was on time. Very professional , gave me options and informed me of the differences. Changed out both springs and put a bracket on to fix a crack where my door opener had damaged the door when the spring broke. Josh was friendly , informative , and seemed to really care about the quality of his work. In a time of homeowners beware! , this company and the other staff members I dealt with were 5 Star. Unfortunately the springs on my garage door broke. No worries....called the best of the best...Precision Overhead Garage Door. The door was fixed the same day by Gaetano. Very pleased with this repair. Received same day service replacing a broken spring. When I mentioned that the door had a torn weather seal and a defective safety sensor, Josh replaced them as well. On time and priced right. Would recommend Josh and this company to a friend anytime.

Door was scraping at against track at the top. Was fixed with a custom bracket and works great. Also tried to adjust our gate opener, even though was not his area of expertise, but he tried which most techs would not. Gaetano did a great job. If other services are needed I will select Precision.

We noticed the garage door motor making bad noises and the door not moving. Called Precision and the technician arrived when promised. He made the repair very quickly and the cost surprised me (in a good way). Garage doors are raised and lowered so many times per day, it's good to know there's a reputable company out there.

Great service, I called and the serviceman was at my door within 2 hrs. He found the problem..broken spring and within an hour he had installed new springs with bearings, sprayed lube on rollers, tested the door settings and left me very satisfied and relieved everything was in working great!

I highly recommend Precision. They are profession, reasonable, efficient and they were able to do the job the next day after I called. They were honest and fixed only the problems that were needed for my garage door to work. I just moved into this home and area and the tech installing my Wi-Fi caused my door to go off the tracks, bent the tracks and panels. I called the first number I saw on the door opener. The man that came "Doug" told me I would need to spend $2200.00 for a whole new door. I declined and called Precision TO THE RESCUE and I have no regrets and will call them again, and when I need a new door I will call only them. They have gained my trust.
