Definitely a breath of fresh air dealing with Precision Garage Goor of Southwest Florida. I opened my garages door yesterday to the lovely sound of a tension spring breaking. I thought I had done something electrical to make the opener stop working, but your technician showed us where the safety eyes were being blocked and how it all worked. He could have tried to make a big sale or fake a repair, but his honesty and less than a minute makes you folks a no brainer from here on. This is actually the second visit from your company, the first we replaced rollers. Also, you answered the phone, others did not.
