I had a problem with my garage door closing and I knew it was the sensors but could not fix the problem myself. They were able to book a service call according to my schedule. The technician called ahead, arrived and very quickly determined that the sensors were wired incorrectly. He fixed it within minutes. He also told me how to have the door operate more quietly now and on an ongoing basis. I could not have asked for a more efficient and friendly service to my door. Highly recommended!

This is a top-notch company! My technician (Justin) was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable . I just purchased my home with a garage door in a poor, unsafe condition. I needed all new parts in order to ensure the door operated in a safe, efficient manner. I was grateful for Justin's honesty in not trying me to buy a new door in addition to the needed repairs. Quick appointment. Door was repaired on first visit without replacement parts for service call fee. Another company was going to replace a few parts and had not sent an estimate after 4 days. Great service. Will definitely go back to Precision for any garage door needs.

Precision was recommended by my realtor.We needed help with our garage door opener.I called on Monday Chris came out on Tuesday and we had a new opener installed on Thursday.He was great and the door opens and closes with out a lot of noise.Good to see someone young that takes pride in their work.

I was having issues with my old door opener. I had used Banko Door once before, and was not pleased with their service. I called Precision, and they sent Chris. He was on time, very professional, efficient, and polite. He suggested I have a new opener installed, and provided me a couple choices. I decided I wanted a Linear door opener, and he went right to work. I also needed new springs, and he had both the springs and the new door opener in stock right in his van. After he finished, he walked me through the operation of the new opener, and then cleaned my garage floor. The new Linear opener works smoothly and is very quiet. I am pleased with the job. Chris is a superb technician, and I highly recommend Precision Door and I want to thank Chris for a very professional installation.

My door when opening and closing sounded like metal being tortured. It was annoying me and probably my neighbors as well. Chris took a look and gave me 3 options with pricing. After I selected option 1 he gave my system a tune-up with new rollers and a complete lubrication. Peace has been restored and the door now operates quietly. If I ever need more work Precision will be the only company I call.
