Serviceman, Tyler, was knowledgeable and competent. However, the company charged me $275 for a gear & sprocket assembly that I could have bought at a number of places for under $20. Service call and labor were separate charges. Precision's pricing is excessively opportunistic and unreasonable given the need for having to have the repair done while the serviceman is present.

The technician (Benjamin G.) who repaired our garage door after hurricane Ian was totally professional, well trained and did an amazing job retuning our garage door to working order. I was not sure the door could be repaired, but it looks great and operates perfectly. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service and will not hesitate to call them again if the need arises.

My neighbor was having his garage door repaired by tech Ben Guerra. We were in need of repair so I went and spoke with him and he came to look after he finished neighbors job. Said it was an easy repair, he called the office and they said take care of it right away. Mind you we weren’t your customer but we ARE from now on. Ben is so knowledgeable and polite and a real asset to your wonderful company! Thank you sooooo much!

Jason showed up on time and replaced two motors and everything that goes with it. Everything is lubed and I don’t think I’ll ever have a door problem. If I do I know who I’m calling. This is the quietest garage door I have ever had. Jason explained how to use and lube. A big thanks to Jason.

Very Arrogant. His communication methods are not only poor bout VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. He stats our his sentence by saying "as I told you- even though that would be his first time saying that. He was very fast - as if he just wanted to complete (?) the work and run. Did not lubricate everything. He did lubricate side bushings. Nothing else. VERY VERY poor service.

The service tech, Ben, was courteous and efficient and solved the problem by spraying lubricant. The problem was the cost. I was told ahead of time it would be a $79 trip charge but I was charged another $80 to spray lubricant, which didn't take even 5 minutes. Ben was at our home at most 10 minutes. Like everyone else, I understand inflation but $159 for 5 minutes work (at most) and a few squirts of lubricant doesn't pass the smell - or reasonableness - test. No need to respond with an explanation of the cost of doing business. This just has to do with customer satisfaction, and satisfaction has to do with the value I receive for the price I pay.
