We chose Precision after seeing that our door had been previously serviced by the company and also seeing Precision vehicles in our community servicing neighbor's doors. We had our springs and safety eyes replaced based on recommendations from our technician Mike after his inspection. Mike was extremely pleasant, courteous and professional in carrying out the repair. The house we purchased had a garage door serviced by Precision. Last year the springs broke and you came out and replaced them and gave our parts a tune up. We were very happy with the turnaround time and the service that was provided. Today, the service was the same...outstanding. He was professional and very competent. We will recommend Precision and use your service if needed in the future.

I would not even give this company 1 star. A man came to install my garage doors and told me he would not install because my garage was “filthy.” I have been waiting for 3 months for this install and no one gave me instruction that I have to remove my built in cabinets before they could install. Ridiculous. After that he refused to leave and started taking pictures of my garage. DO NOT use this company- horrible customer service.

This is the second time that I have called on your service to take care of my garage doors. This time I received the same excellent service as I did last time. Alex called ahead to announce his coming arrival. He appeared within the promised window and went right to work. His repair was made quickly and efficiently. Like most things what I thought would just be a small expense of replacing a remote key pad ended up as a new garage door opener for $575. Despite this it was my decision. The technician did tell me that he could install just a new key pad but in all probability this would not solve the problem since the opener I had was under rated for my type of garage door. Service was same day and the technician was knowledgeable. I appreciated the options he gave me and I did not feel pressured. I would use Precision again.

I can't say enough with praise for Alex Reich, the technician, that fixed my garage door. I was in a tough situation, needing to have my garage door fixed so I could tend to commitments. Alex was professional, very polite , and did a good job in a relative short period of time. I doubt that I will encounter any problems in the future with my door but if I do, I will certain call Precision!!!! Hopefully Alex will be my technician!!!!

Precision installed our new garage door opener 4 years ago and did a very nice job for a very resonable cost. We were experiencing a problem with the remote controls not working properly....sometime they worked and the next time they did not work. Mark B. came and made an adjustment that was assumed to have been caused by a recent storm outage. He was efficient, professional, and a pleasure to talk with. He also made an extra effort to rework his schedule so he could be at our house earlier than originally scheduled. He did that at our request due to an unexpected appointment we had come up that morning. His effort to accommodate us prevented us from cancelling with Preciosion and re-scheduling which would have caused us to deal with the remote control problem for a few more days. MUCH APPRECIATED.
